Malaysian Players Cannot Connect. URGENT!It has come to my attention that there has been connectivity issues to IRO GameServers and Website in recent weeks. Some of my friends from different regions in the country is also experiencing this problem. This problem is widespread and is not only affecting my area. After discussing with my online friends and guildies, we noted that it happened to our Phillipino counterpart a few weeks back and now the problem is spreading to Malaysia.
Due to this, we have missed out on many events as well as guild runs and this issue has seriously impacted on my gameplay. I had to use my company's internet to gain access to this website which is on a Fixed IP Corporate Line/VPN. My friends and myself are unable to even access the website and post on forums from our homes as house lines run on Dynamic IP which are regionalised.
This is a major concern for us players and hope that this issue will be brought up for discussion to improve gameplay and reduce connectivity problems. We are supportive of iRO and some of us has purchased large amounts of Kafra Points/Kafra Items/Lucky Boxes/etc...To get cut off from iRO like this is very dissapointing and highly unjustified.
To be honest, even if we were to play premium servers, we would not be able to do so as we are not able to access the iRO website.
